立法院社福及衛環委員會昨天審議「醫療糾紛處理及醫療事故補償法」草案，通過立委楊玉欣所提再修正動議，醫療院所應設置關懷小組或指定專人，在醫糾事件發生的兩個工作日內，對病家溝通及付出關懷。
